Principle

As the world’s first fully transparent and decentralised mission fund. All resources going in and out of the fund are transparent for all to see on the blockchain.

Power is decentralised to the DAO token holders, and key decisions will be made with and by them.

Town Hall

We will conduct regular Town Halls for the community to submit proposals and discuss matters crucial to the Mission DAO.

In these meetings, the team will bring updates on everything related to the Mission DAO.

Gnosis Snapshot

Mission DAO will be using Snapshot as our decentralized voting system. Snapshot is an off-chain gasless multi-governance client. We will be integrating the Mission DAO NFT into Snapshot, which will function as a governance token for voting. All votes will be fully transparent and easily verifiable. A supermajority is required for any vote to pass. Money from the MGF cannot be spent without a vote.
