The Mission DAO Operations (MDO) wallet will primarily be used to keep Mission DAO operational. We aim to decrease the percentage allocated to MDO over time in a steady and sustainable manner.

The MDO will be managed by the Core Team.

After the first mint, the MDO will pay all team members for the work that they have done in the last 3 months.

2021/2022 Operational Spending

The remaining 50% of the MDO (10% of overall mint) will be set aside for our 2022 Q1 full-time hiring and operational budget (contract deployment), essential equipment purchases and marketing for our next mint.

Decisions on the spending will be made by the core team. Spending will be made public for accountability.
