Summary

Mission DAO is the world’s first fully transparent and decentralised mission fund. We believe that the only solution to the human condition is Jesus. We exist to advance the kingdom of God, on earth, and in the Metaverse.

As an independent Decentralised Autonomous Organisation (DAO), we do not have formal ties to and are not affiliated with any church, denomination, missions organisation, or charity.

Through the Mission DAO NFT art sales, we aim to fund both traditional missions and digital missions. A portion will be set aside for operational costs and to support Christian businesses and artists.

Strategy

To create an avenue for funding traditional and digital mission work by utilizing a fully-transparent and decentralized framework: Though not formally affiliated, we join alongside the good work that is already being done by churches and non-profit organizations. Through the potential and strengths of a decentralized framework, we want to provide an additional platform to fund and support mission work. And with that same great potential comes an even greater responsibility for accountability. We believe that trust is key in this space and good governance is crucial to building that.

By building a Decentralised Autonomous Organisation (DAO), we will ensure every dollar transaction is recorded transparently on a blockchain, and decentralize decision-making processes to all DAO owners. This means that members will get to monitor how their money is spent and have a vote on important matters.

To pioneer a new digital missionary work in the Metaverse: Mankind is standing at the brink of the next chapter in our collective history with the Metaverse being the future of human connectivity. The Metaverse holds endless possibilities for how we can advance the Kingdom and preach the Gospel.

The future is filled with great promise and we are eager to partner with the broader Mission DAO community to be the first-movers in this great experiment together.
